A colorful antique transistor radio, the Zephyr ZR-620 is quite small and simple to operate. It has a built-in speaker with a metal cover/grill and dials on both sides of the front panel.
This radio features six transistors and it's powered by a single 9V battery. There's a large Zephyr logo on the front. It was available in multiple colors. The receiver tunes the standard AM broadcast band (turn it on at night if you don't hear much in the day).
A small fit-over case for the ZR-620 was also manufactured; it helps protect the radio from damage and keeps it clean.
