This is an older, moderately large analog multi-band portable. It tunes five broadcast bands: AM (MW), FM, analog VHF TV audio (split into two bands), and NOAA weather information.

The Windsor runs on AC power or batteries. It has a large tuning knob on the front panel, along with a few other controls. Other features include a built-in antenna and a handle to carry it with.
