An early handheld shortwave receiver, the Toshiba 7TP-352S is a solid-state unit with seven transistors. The radio's old-fashioned looking exterior is black, white, and gold colored.
Tuning coverage runs from approximately 540 to 1600 kHz AM and six to eighteen MHz shortwave. The horizontal tuning scale also indicates the SW meter bands it tunes (49, 41, 31, 25, 19, 16).
This compact Japanese-made radio also has an integrated volume/power control. The Toshiba 7TP-352S is designed to receive broadcasts from local, regional, and international sources.
Note: The reception achieved by using this receiver will vary significantly depending upon the time of day.
