The 2500RSX is an older beige desktop-style PC, with a 386 CPU (25 MHz), 3.5" floppy drive, and built-in VGA video. It is similar to the Tandy 1000 RSX, which is smaller and has one less ISA slot.
According to the manufacturer, the Tandy 2500 RSX came with 1MB RAM (upgradable to 9MB) and was sold with DOS 5.0 (operating system) and the DeskMate 3.04.04 graphical user interface software.
It is also capable of running the Windows 3.x, PC/GEOS, or GEM/3 systems. A math coprocessor, modem, network card, 5.25" floppy drive, or CD-ROM drive may be added.
