This is a small world band radio receiver with FM, MW (AM), SW, and LW band coverage.

According to a Sony advertisement, the SW07 features an LCD with backlight, digital tuning, 100 presets, and 3000 station frequencies stored in a removable ROM chip.

It is not clear if Sony still manufactures updated ROM chips for it.

A mostly positive review of this model in the 2000 "Passport to World Band Radio" states that it covers the entire shortwave range. FM coverage starts at 76 MHz.

Another model, the ICF-SW100, also has a folding digital display and very compact design.
