This older "Navaho" radio is a desktop-style CB base station which covers all 40 channels. The Realistic TRC-434 (a.k.a. model #21-1548) features a squelch control, a digital display, and more.
There are numerous knobs and buttons on the front of the TRC-434. They include RF Gain, NB/ANL, and others, as well as a numeric keypad. The front panel also has microphone and headphone jacks, plus a signal/transmit level indicator and a green digital readout.
The back panel has antenna, DC power input, and speaker jacks. An AC power cord is built-in to the unit, making it easy to use indoors without purchasing any extra power supply. The Realistic TRC-434 "Navaho" is UL-listed.
This model generally sells for about $20-50 on eBay.com auctions.
