This is an interesting old six-band radio with a "Sing-A-Long" microphone feature. It covers the regular AM and FM bands, two TV sound bands, the NOAA weather band, and all forty channels of CB. The unit features a telescopic antenna, a handle, and many different controls/buttons. The television sound reception doesn't work anymore in most of the U.S., due to the "DTV transition". Randix Industries Ltd. registered the "Bandleader" name as a trademark in 1978, so this radio receiver was probably manufactured during the late 1970s and/or the early 1980s. Overall, despite its age, this Randix product is still quite useful for listening to music, talk shows, weather information, news, and truckers talking on their CB radios.
