The ProForm Crosstrainer 970 exercise bike has a grey, black, and red exterior. The seat is padded and provides back support; it is not a typical bicycle seat. The bike requires four "D" batteries; using Ni-Cd rechargeables, they have to be replaced about every four to six months.
