This is a relatively small blue-green vacuum cleaner suitable for cleaning a house, office, or apartment. It has a plastic exterior and pipes. There are 4 different attachments, including one with a switch for changing between rugs and floors. There are three wheels (two large, one small). This model uses paper bags; the Hoover Type "R" bags will fit it, as well as a few other models.

The PortaPower II S1337 is easy to move around but more powerful than small cordless vacuums, hence its name. It has a long two-prong polarized AC power cord built-in. According to a wattage meter, it uses no power when switched off, and about 770-850 watts while running. It seems to use somewhat more electricity after it has been running for a longer time.
