Another positive aspect of the Oster 4811 bread maker is that the paddle rarely becomes lodged in the bread when it is removed from the pan. It is also less noisy than many breadmakers. This model has been discontinued but can be purchased used.

The only noteworthy downside is that the settings are somewhat difficult to make without the Oster instruction manual, which cannot be ordered or downloaded online. It's easier to use if you buy one that still has the manual.
