The 460 is a dark-colored, square, compact phonograph/turntable which can operate at 33 or 45 RPM speeds. This Optimus "Belt Drive Automatic Turntable" also features a semi-transparent protective lid.
It is only a record player; there is no radio, speakers, tape deck, clock, etc. There are "Start/Cut" and "Speed" button controls on the front of the LAB-460.
The manufacturer does not appear to provide an online manual. Radio Shack may still sell parts or supplies for this model, but this has not been confirmed.
Note: The manuals for other LAB series models (like the 1000) probably provide some useful information for owners of this model.
