This stand holds pieces of paper with a clip, allowing them to be positioned for easy viewing. It is similar to a clipboard, but has a prop on the back that holds it at one of seven different angles.
The OfficeMax OM96013 also has a line guide which may be optionally attached and moved up and down the copy holder to keep track of the current line. The clip at the top of the holder adjusts in height as well, which helps to acommodate different lighting and paper sizes. The clipboard surface measures about 12.5" long by 8.75" wide (31x22 cm).
Though constructed of plastic, the OfficeMax OM96013 seems fairly sturdy. It is mostly black and dark grey. It doesn't come with any instructions, but it isn't very complicated to set up.
