This almost entirely plastic camera features a flash "hot shoe", a hand strap, a viewfinder, an adjustable f-stop, and a "New Optical Lens". It takes 35mm film and is black with white lettering.
The Meikai was sold in a small cardboard box with a vinyl pouch, some instructions, and a lens cap. The camera is worth approximately five U.S. dollars, primarily as a collectible item.
The 4351-Q is more similar to the Meikai 4353 SSN or the infamous Yamasheta SPCAM3 than the regular 4351. At least the 4351 has a few metal exterior parts and a more dignified appearance.
