This vintage "Slumber-Matic" clock radio has a woodgrain top and offers two-band reception. Despite its age, the Longines Symphonette LCR-200 features switchable AFC, for better FM reception.
The time/alarm set knob is on the back, while the radio controls are positioned on the front of the LCR-200. It tunes AM 540-1600 kHz and FM 88-108 MHz. It was exported to the U.S. from Japan.
Several other models of Longines Symphonette radios were manufactured, including some multi-band shortwave units. They regularly appear for direct sale or auction on eBay.com.
