The T28 is an older 35mm camera designed to look somewhat like a high-end SLR unit. It's less common than most other Lavec models and appears a bit higher quality.
The Lavec T28 offers a lever-based film advance, four f-stops, and a flash attachment "hot shoe". There are mounts for connecting a neck strap as well. It's mostly black, with white lettering. The viewfinder is located in the middle. It requires no batteries.
The lens barrel has a small built-in sunshade. Lavec also made a pouch for this camera. There's a blue-green ASA/DIN/distance table on the back door. On the inside of the door, there is a film pressure plate. The T28 was manufactured in Taiwan.
Overall, this is a cool-looking retro film camera that is probably worth trying out. For a more basic, point and shoot model, check out the Lavec TC-305.
