An older computer trackball, the 64221 is light grey, with a large blue ball. Two buttons are positioned on either side of the ball. It is shaped somewhat like half of a pear.
The Kensington Orbit 64221 uses a serial cable to connect to a PC-compatible computer. The plug has screws on both sides, which can optionally be used to secure the plug to a port.
With the correct adapter, it may also be connected to a PS/2 port. The serial port has 9 pins, whereas the PS/2 uses only six and has a round plug. An adaptor with a short length of wire is preferable.
The trackball is UL-listed. The serial number and some other information can be found on the base of the Kensington Orbit 64221.
