This early video cassette recorder from JVC offers timed recording, a clock, input/output jacks, and a built-in AC power cord. It is a large, rectangular unit.
With a tape door that pops up from the top and an analog counter, the JVC HR-7100U looks somewhat like a huge desktop audiocassette recorder. It has rewind, play, fast-forward, and pause buttons.
Despite its age, the JVC HR-7100U features a remote control, which is model RM-P71U. The remote control has buttons for stop, pause, record, play, rewind, fast-forward, and channel.
