The Austin DSTN 486/66MHz laptop is small and dark gray. It has a built-in trackball near the front of the keyboard with a button to either side of it. There is a port for an external VGA monitor, along with a PS/2 port, a parallel port, and two serial ports. It has a lighted color display. There is a built-in 3.5" disk drive, and a hard drive can be installed (this was probably, although not certainly, included with the computer when it was new), but there is no CD-ROM drive or USB ports. It can be powered by a large battery or a three-prong Austin AC adapter.
