The PS220 has an automatic flash, built-in lens cover, film type window, and motorized film advance & rewind. Its lens can be easily unscrewed and replaced after the camera's one-piece front panel has been removed. This may or may not be true for the PS135. It also has a mostly black exterior.

The Vivitar PS135 camera is similar in size, appearance, and features, but its differences include a built-in wrist strap, tripod socket, and flash switch.
