This pocket-sized deluxe FM/AM radio receiver features a speaker, telescopic antenna, and headphone jack. The Gran Prix (GPX) A2090 was sold new with headphones included.
This radio is powered by one 9V battery; the unit's battery compartment is on the back panel. The Gran Prix A2090 tunes 535-1605 kHz on the AM band, and the full 88-108 MHz on FM.
Be careful not to damage the battery connector when inserting and removing batteries. An advantage of this radio is that 9V batteries are less prone to corrosion than "AA" cells.
