This "TV/FM/Weather Band Radio" is a mostly black handheld unit that features analog tuning, a belt clip, and a telescopic antenna. The Encore EB16199 can tune analog-only TV channels 2-13, the weather information band (around 162 MHz) and standard FM (88-108 MHz).
A Chinese-made radio, it is powered by 3 "AA" batteries. The Encore EB16199 is a compact, rectangular unit with volume and tuning dials, as well as a band switch (FM/TV1, TV2/WB). It looks as if it were made somewhere between 1987 and 1998, but this is only an estimate.
