These tips apply to preparing "Easy Mac" purchased in bulk packages (such as those available at BJ's) in a microwave oven...
1. Use a bit more water than directed, especially if your microwave oven operates at over 800 watts and/or has a turntable. The extra water will ensure that the cheese mix can be thoroughly mixed in.
2. Add some powdered coffee creamer and stir it in with the cheese mix. This will improve the Easy Mac's taste. It adds a few calories but doesn't have much of a nutritional impact otherwise.
