LessWaiting.com Information Home Page The flashlight is very compact and weighs little, yet it produces a rather bright beam of light. It uses two LEDs, rather than a regular lightbulb. LEDs usually last much longer and don't break as easily. Charging is accomplished by repeatedly pushing a large button on the side of the flashlight, which doesn't require much effort. The light keeps shining brightly after a short period of charging. A small switch turns it on and off. It is inexpensive, although a bit more costly than an equivalent battery-powered light. Instructions are minimal, but using the flashlight is largely self-explanatory. It easily fits in a pocket and has a built-in carrying strap as well. It is mostly made of blue-tinted clear plastic, which allows the gear movement and other internal parts to be observed. The plastic around the LEDs is gray, and so is the carrying strap. Overall, the 2-LED dynamo flashlight is easy to use and surprisingly bright. It remains to be seen how long the flashlight will last; we'll post an update if there are any changes in its function. UPDATE: No problems so far, after about two months...
