This is a deluxe compact 35mm film camera. The Concord AW905 is a nice-looking, older unit with a built-in lens cover and integrated flash. It is dark-colored and has a carrying strap.
Lettering on the front of the AW905 reads "DX", "Japan Optics" (apparently the lens was made in Japan), and "Fully Automatic". The lens is in the center of the camera, above a switch.
It was sold with an instruction manual included. This Concord 35mm camera isn't terribly hard to find. The same company has also produced cameras that use 110 film cartridges.
