The 91 Dodge Colt is a small 2-door (plus hatchback) car with a 1.5 liter 4-cylinder engine and front wheel drive. It was supplied with either an automatic or manual transmission. Despite its compact size, the car has more combined passenger and cargo room than a 1994 Hyundai Excel or a '92 Subaru Justy. However, it is smaller than most sedans. This car's gas mileage is fairly good, at 24 to 33 miles per gallon. It is more likely to get over 30 MPG in highway driving if it has a manual transmission. This vehicle should not be confused with the larger Colt Vista, which is a four-door station wagon manufactured during the same period of time.
